When run, this program will change either the star rating of your
  tower, or the amount of money you have, options are specified on the command
  line as follows:


  ETOWER [TOWER.EXT] [1/2/3] [Money/Star]
        
        Option 1 is the file name with the extension,
        
        Option 2 is 1, 2, or 3:

                1 will update the amount of money you have.
                2 will update the star rating of your tower.
                3 will maximize your money, and your star rating.
                  Max Money: $1 billion
                  Max Star Rating: 5 stars

        Option 3 is valid for 1 or 2 of Option 2:

                If Option 2 was 1, this would be the amount
                 of money you want your tower to have.
                If Option 2 was 2, this would be the star rating
                 that you would want your tower to be.

        Example: If you wanted a tower of a 3 star rating, and the file
                  was tower.tdt, you would type:

                        ETOWER TOWER.TDT 2 3

                 If you wanted a tower with $1 billion, you would type:

                        ETOWER TOWER.TDT 1 1000000000

        The Maximum this program will allow, is a 5 star rating, with
  $1 billion.  The maximum the game will allow is 5 star rating, with
  $1,677,721,500 (this is what I have found, it may be more).  It will only
  allow $1 billion so that you have a little room to grow, and it is not
  likely that you will need more.

        This program is FREEWARE, the only thing that I ask in return is 
  your questions and comments.  If you have any ideas for a editor for
  SimTower (or any other game), please let me know and I will try and make
  one that suits your needs.

        If you wanted a batch file, that would maximize all saved games
  in your SimTower directory, you could make one like this:
  (Yes, it is only one line long)
                
                @FOR %%A IN (*.TDT) DO ETOWER %%A 3

        Please make sure you run this program in your SimTower directory, it
  will not search your path or any directories to find the file, it will only
  check the current directory.
